Buyer opened a request, it is shown as delivered, but case still open?

So the buyer opened a refund request on Thursday , I added tracking number and on Friday it was shown as delivered. Now, the case is still open and my funds are pending, what am I supposed to do? The buyer is not replying either.

If your Buyer Escalates the Case it will Close in your favour. If the Case Times out it will Close in your favour.
