The only really failproof means of looking for items you have listed previously is to set up the listing on your computer or laptop using a Microsoft Word document to compose the item description, saving the document with the same heading that you intend to use for the listing on eBay, whilst doing the same with the photos that you've taken and saved on your computer or laptop.  That way if you wish to relist the item for sale again long after the unsold item vanished off of eBay's servers you could retrieve the draft listing from your computer or laptop and then set the listing up again using a pre-saved template for that kind of item.  Once you've uploaded the shots and have copied and pasted the item description into the listing you could then just list the item for sale, as the information in the Item Specifics fields would automatically be carried over from the presaved template, thus saving you a lot of time when you come to relist the item.

If you use the seller hub, you can see unsold items going back 90 days, otherwise only 60 days.

If not in your unsold page they could be time expired therefore deleted and not retreivable via eBay. There is the slimmest chance you can google the title and it may be found but unlikely.
