some eBay services are not working

Hello,

I am an eBay seller and selling for a long. yesterday I created a second eBay account to sell accessories and machines separately. The problem starts there number one packlink does not recognize my orders "order not found" message comes up when I try to create a posting label. The second issue is I usually get paid in my bank account now I will be paid a PayPal account and funds will be kept on hold for few weeks. Lastly, my listing price is in dollars instead of Pounds Sterling.

another thing I need to know is .. does a second eBay account leave a negative impression on your sale?

Please help me to deal with these issues.
