Why is Ebay black mailing us?

I received a message to say if I dont send photo ID ebay will keep my money on items I sold. I call that black mail.  I do not have my pictures all over the internet and Do not trust Ebay to keep my passport information safe as been hacked many times.....so I guess you keep my money.

ebay are changing how sellers are paid, if you want to continue using ebay, you need to comply
