Listings not visable

We have listing visability issues with ebay. After chasing the issue some 2 weeks on we were told that there was no feedback from a ticket risen to there I.T dept  but it was a known issue.

We are not talking a small drop here but a drop in sales in there thousnds.

Has anyone else suddenly had sales dropping in the last 4 weeks. ?
