This has never happened before, but today, when I list an item (I've tried 2 completely different items) it doesn't show my listing to many viewers and constantly shows me an error message in my selling dashboard (pc and mobile). It states I need to add the 'Brand' item specific, when I go to do this, the brand specific is already correctly filled out. Why?? It also shows another error in my selling dashboard, for the same item, saying '15 item specifics are required'. When I know they are not, as I've listed this particular product for years. Even when I fill all the blank specifics in, it still says 15 need doing, and the original brand specific. I contacted eBay and they said it's a glitch in their system and weren't able to fix it. Does anybody know how to solve this? I'd be very greatful for any help or advice. It's driving me mad.

i share a lot of my ebay listings on facebook - well from today all i can see is a blank screen with "Ebay US" on it every time i try to share a listing on FB is anyone else getting the same? I am from the UK as well, so that makes it even stranger

I've sold two items with local collection. The item has been collected but ebay is asking me to input a 6 digit code to be able to mark the item as collected. Both purchasers say they cant find the code. Does anyone know how I can direct them to finding it? Or how i can complete the items without the code? Thanks

I received ebay order with Managed Payments. Funds are not in my bank account and ebay status is 'Processing funds'. Do I dispatch the order or wait until funds are processed into my bank account? How long will it take to process funds? Previously in PayPal when funds are available (which is almost instant) notification is sent to make the dispatch.

Please can anyone help!! I'm at my wits end!! I have not been able to recieve messages from buyers for over a year. I have told Ebay many times and they still haven't resolved this issue for me. Now someone has escalated to the resolution centre I am able to see that they have not recieved their item. I have apologised, explained about the messages and put a replacement item in the post. STILL she has left negative feedback!! I can't get hold of anyone at Ebay! (I think it would be easier to speak to Jimmy Hoffa at this point) HELP!

Hi i have sold two broken laptop motherboards to user in spairs and repair category... this it exact description in listing : hp 14-ck motherboard i7 8550u does not work no reaction to power button only for parts please only buy/bid if you understand this this motherboard is broken only for parts!!! and he wants to return them becouse ............ broken doent match the description or photos..... this is really ridiculous.... will ebay still side with buyer???

I am selling a vehicle, buy it now price is £2500, if the buyer offer £2200, I would like to accept it. How much ebay will charge the sale? based on £2500 or £2200? Also for the pretical sell of a vehicle, the final deal is £2150, how can I record this with ebay and pay the charge accordinglly.

In Seller Hub, I have customised my unsold listing to 90 days. However, my unsold listings are only showing items for the past 30 days. I have clicked on 'Customise' & at the option for 'Choose the time period to show listings', I have entered 90 days. I can still only see the unsold items for the past 30 days! I know that I have unsold items between the 31 & 90 day timescale. Am I missing something obvious here?! I have double-checked this. My total unsold items amount to 551 items. My total ended items amount to 692. Within the ended items, 141 are between the 31 & 90 day timescale, so why are they not showing in my unsold items? Any help would be much appreciated.

I know this is something that most Ebayers have access to but for some reason the background removal feature isnt showing for me on my Laptop or mobile - I have updated my mobile App but still nothing? I just opened my first store too and thought that might open it up for me but again nothing?? Anyone have an ideas?

A buyer has with ebays permission, returned a pair of calvin jeans saying that they were too big. I advertised them as per the label size waist 36. Surely this cant be right that someone can return something and cost the seller money when they just dont like the jeans. I put plenty of photos on. Any help would be appreciated Mark

Back in January I closed my old e-mail account. I changed my PayPal and E-bay accounts to reflect this change. Since then I've been buying on E-bay, paying via PayPal. No problem. Now I come to sell something I find that E-bay has adviced my buyer to pay via the old PayPal e-mail account!!! As I no longer have that e-mail account the money has gone into cyberspace. I have notified PayPal and now my buyer has to cancel payment to the old account and resend it to the new one. There's no way I can change this setting and to add insult to injury E-bay doesn't seem to have a customer service number anymore. And the fees are stratospheric!!! I think I'm going to avoid using this platform as much as I can. In the meantime if anyone knows how I can change the E-bay setting to add the correct PayPal account I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
