I've been an ebayer since the beginning, and I never knew Ebay had such a tool. All I see is the standard grey, white and blue, which I thought was fixed and unchangeable. What is it you're seeing on ebay that you want to remove...?
Also, you need to upgrade your account from private to busines (opening a shop doesn't do that for you). Private accounts are only for those clearing their old no-longer-wanted possessions from wardrobe and attic. Anyone who makes, grows, refurbishes, or buys in (new or used) items to sell, is a business and must be registered as such. Not only an Ebay requirement, but the law. Go to Ebay's Seller Centre for confirmation, and to the government's website for full information. And note that there is no such thing as a 'hobby seller' in this country, and how much or how little you sell or make is totally irrelevant. So upgrade your account asap, before you find yourself in trouble with Ebay and Trading Standards.
