The buyer always sends the money to the wrong paypal account

When I sell the buyer always sends the money to the wrong paypal.I try linking my actual account and it doesnt work.What do i do?

That's because you included the wrong PayPal email address during the listing process. Next time you list, make sure you change it to the correct one before submitting the listing.

Do you have access to the account the payments are going to...? If not, come back for further advice.

when you create a listing you have to make sure the email address for payment is the one you use for paypal

click sell similar to see what address you used then log into your paypal account and add it to your profile
