Do I dispatch order which came through Managed Payments when status is 'Processing funds'?

I received ebay order with Managed Payments. Funds are not in my bank account and ebay status is 'Processing funds'. Do I dispatch the order or wait until funds are processed into my bank account? How long will it take to process funds? Previously in PayPal when funds are available (which is almost instant) notification is sent to make the dispatch.

The buyer's payment doesn't need to be in your bank account. But it does need to have cleared into your Ebay account.

If it has, you will have received an order confirmation from Ebay which includes the shipping address. If you've received that, it's safe to ship.

If the payment is still processing, you won't have received an order confirmaton from Ebay as the payment may fail.
