Item has been collected but the purchaser says they cant find the 6 digit code I need. Help?!

I've sold two items with local collection. The item has been collected but ebay is asking me to input a 6 digit code to be able to mark the item as collected. Both purchasers say they cant find the code. Does anyone know how I can direct them to finding it? Or how i can complete the items without the code? Thanks

It's for the app. eBay sends it to the buyer and they're supposed to give it you so you can prove collection.

You can still mark as dispatched on a PC or laptop, via More Action, right of item on your sold page.  Or if you are on the seller hub page click on the item, then top left > Mark as Dispatched.
