Please can anyone help!! I'm at my wits end!! I have not been able to recieve messages from buyers for over a year. I have told Ebay many times and they still haven't resolved this issue for me. Now someone has escalated to the resolution centre I am able to see that they have not recieved their item. I have apologised, explained about the messages and put a replacement item in the post.

STILL she has left negative feedback!! I can't get hold of anyone at Ebay! (I think it would be easier to speak to Jimmy Hoffa at this point)

have you checked your settings in your ebay messages folder?

I would suggest you look at your listings 

PDF digital downloads listed in the category Bedroom Furniture is a big no no. 

Once you've sorted that I wood take note of the previous response regarding checking your. message settings.

What has one of my item categories got to do with a completely separate item and problem? Does the fact that I have a completely unrelated item in a different category stop my messages getting through or an item put in the post not getting to the customer? Let alone the fact that negative feedback has been left, before I can rectify the problem and in spite of the fact that I have put in the item description that I cannot receive messages?
