How does ebay charge a offered price which is lower than buy it now price?

I am selling a vehicle, buy it now price is £2500, if the buyer offer £2200, I would like to accept it.

How much ebay will charge the sale? based on £2500 or £2200?

Also for the pretical sell of a vehicle, the final deal is £2150, how can I record this with ebay and pay the charge accordinglly.

The Final fee on motors is 1% with a minimum of £25 so it ont make any difference
