global shipping to Norway.

Does ebay global shipping send to Norway? I've just sold some brake calipers, and the buyer says it doesn't allow him to bid because 'the seller doesn't send to your country'. Have i done something wrong?

Ive got about 3,000 feedback, and i have sold things all over the world all the time.

If he can't bid why are the brake calipers showing as sold?

Or do you mean that he can't pay?

If so, why did he bid if there was no shipping method and price to Norway?

The GSP isn't applied to all items to all countries, sometimes there are local import regs that get factored in.

He tried to buy, but it wouldn't let him pay for it, saying 'the seller won't send to Norway'. I know the buyer, and he has messaged me asking whats going wrong.

I've ticked global shipping.

The global shipping program has not been working for the last few days. Listings on the eBay search page appear as available for international shipping through the GSP and also shows the shipping price.

However when you click into a listing suddenly the shipping price is no longer defined and tells the buyer to contact the seller about international shipping. Also attempting to check out tells the buyer that the seller does not ship to their destination.

Maybe someone’s messed up what with all the eBay changes at the moment, the new Europe selling rules and other what nots

customer service SHOULD KNOW so I’d bang on at them continuously until you get an answer
