Yodel shipping not delivered

Posted a parcel via Yodel as simple delivery (not my choice). Its been sat doing nothing at their sorting office since Tuesday!!! So what a rubbish service. I give my customers better service than that.....

Yodel aren't part of Simple Delivery it's Evri or Royal Mail

Anything I send yodel or inpost to house (also yodel) It's been a coinflip over whether its delivered to the right place  or gone missing. Inpost/ Yodel barely cover anything so if it goes missing ur out of pocket (well in my case) so ive just avoided them.
