Unfortunately not.The payments hold system is all automated,it's because you are a new seller and the Money Back Guarantee applies as buyer has 30 days from date of delivery to (possibly) open a return request.
Stating "no returns" means zilch if buyer claims not as described.

Unfortunately your ad said "I inform you that the perfume is not new because the dispenser button was pressed several times for demonstration purposes".
You may be looking at a returns request as the item was "used" and NOT "new other".
Used cosmetics are not allowed to be sold on Ebay so the buyer now has a reason to open a not as described return request which you would have to fund if you want the item back.

You may be paying to have that used perfume sent back if the buyer realises that it isn't new, so may be even more out of pocket here.
As pointed out by @roger_roger_over_and_nowt eBay don't allow the sale of used perfume, that's why there isn't a 'used' tick box.
