Recently, I've had members offering an item, in exchange / swap for a
gaming pc which I listed. I found this strange and declined. I checked
their profile and are all registered members with 0 feedback. I reported
this to Ebay as I thought this could...
Thanks for all the replies. I reported again and was rejected, so I
appealed against their decision and again they don't think it's
violating their policy. Strange.
