EVRI found a way to delay 'Item not received'

Hi,

Has anyone experienced this?

EVRI found a way of delaying for 'item not received' opened cases.  I had this problem since the 2nd where a parcel has had no update and showing  at national sorting hub.

Ebay was supposed to step in on the 10th. On the 10th around 1am EVRI updates ' Parcel is out for delivery'. (Obviously never turned up)

Ebay pushed the date to step in to the 16th on the 'Open case request'.

On the 16th again around 1am EVRI updated Parcel is out for delivery and again Ebay pushed the date to step in to the 26th.

I personally think this is a way for EVRI to delay the process so you have to wait longer for eBay to step in and refund.

Problem is that eBay says that they can't do anything if EVRI has updated the tracking.

Both sellers & buyers can't do anything about it.

As usual EVRI found a new way to deceive.

Anyone experienced similar issues?

Yes, I've experienced couriers marking items 'out for delivery' repeatedly over a period of about 3-days. I've also experienced items marked 'delivered' that didn't show up until the following day. I try to be cool in the face of things like this, as I know the companies put a lot of pressure on their drivers to meet targets, and that many of the drivers are on 0-hours contracts.
