Problems with listing page.

I am having terrible, time-wasting problems listing books... It seems to be a technical problem with the eBay website.

I often use 'Sell similar' or 'Sell one like this' options as the basis for my listings, then alter the specifics tailored to my own particular item. I save these changes and list the item, but when I view the newly listed item to check it's okay - the saved changes have reverted back to the previous seller's, or eBay's description.

The main problem with this is that the previous seller's and sometimes eBay's own chosen category and item specifics can be inaccurate.  Very annoying ... So, I have tried to revise the item again and again, but most of my changes are not actioned.

I don't often struggle when listing clothes and accessories, but I am finding lately that listing books accurately can be a very lengthy process.

I have a feeling that the increased use of AI might have something to do with it, but not sure.

Anyone else struggling with similar problems ?

Hi brill_book_mix, thanks for your post.

Here I would recommend trying a different browser, or clearing the caches and cookies of your current browser, I've seen this before and normally that fixes it. However, if it happens again, please take a couple of screenshots, let me know the item number, and I will take a look for you no problem.
