Cannot list my item - location error

I keep getting 'Location error' when I try to list an item. I have checked this forum and followed the suggestions but I am still getting the problem. My postcode is there. The address is per the postal system address. I cannot work out why this is still happening. Any advice?

Cannot list my item - location error

You need to specify the item location in the listing template - it is not done at account level. The relevant section appears just after the "Delivery details" section near the end of the listing template. You can't enter a full address just country, postcode and city/area. This is the same section where you enter the relevant returns policy:

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.
