Any business account fee calculators that are 100%

Hi there i was wondering if theres any accurate ebay fee calculators for a business account so i can work out all fees on items and see what is the cheapest price to get customers but also so i can see exactly how much money ill make on various items

I have tried a few online after a Google search and even though i put the item.price and postage charged and select the category it is not accurate at all given other fees ebay takes off

I think the issue is all the different fees in different categories that throw them out, I gave up working it out and starting learning from the mistakes I made, it sucks but it's way too complicated otherwise
