Royal Mail International - No 4x6 Format

For some reason the royal mail international labels are not in 4x6 format, it is a pain and I hope eBay look at this

More likely your printer settings, I have a Jayden and it prints 6x4 inches and that's also international.

I have the same issue and can confirm 100% that it is not the printer settings. UK labels print fine and there is no setting that can automatically dissect an A4 formatted sheet.

Please can you show how you're getting the international label and the customs label to print on two separate 6x4 labels, instead of one 6x4 label having a shrunken version of the A4 formatting?

I think they are mistaken, eBay confirmed to me they do not support 4x6 for Royal Mail International Postage. Domestic Royal Mail labels support 4x6,  not International.

Get the postage on royal mail click and drop label fits 6 x 4 every time uk, foreign or mars (ok not mars).

Yes we know that, this post is about Royal Mail Internatuonal labels on eBay. Its like saying purchase a different shipping type!

Thanks but this is absolutely not a solution. I do it already at times but it takes at least... what, 5 times as long to copy and paste all the info into click and drop. Across a big stack of orders this is a very significant chunk of time. It actually takes less time to screen grab the labels and print them out using Preview...

Which would be helpful... except you can't select a higher insurance level either... or choose just tracked instead of signed, which is cheaper.

So I end up buying them within eBay anyway, but I have to use Click and Drop to grab the customs code to paste into eBay.

Basically, eBay's International Shipping labels are absolutely not fit for purpose, but tech tell us they're working as designed.

This is actually messed up. They've been telling me for two years they're working on it as highest priority, and it turns out they've been chatting rubbish and not been doing a single thing. They've literally lied to me. I'm wound up about this for a reason 😅

I believe you're right that they're mistaken. I've eventually had that lack of support confirmed too, though I have a whole stack of messages where tech support told me they're working on it with highest priority. I also have no idea why they told me to reset my printer settings and go to an Internet cafe if they knew FULL WELL THAT IT DIDN'T WORK.

Honestly I'm so frustrated with this... you don't expect to be lied to by tech support!
