Ebay has to provide the national insurance number of the seller with the sales data when a reporting threshold is reached.
They need yours to report sales made in 2025.

My argument that eBay will look into our national number any anytime on our history regarding tax and personal information

Ebay won't do anything with info except pass NI on to HMRC.
they have to by law, same as Vinted, Airbnb, etc.
If you fail to provide it, ebay may suspend your account.

eBay aren't interested in your tax status, only HMRC look at that.
eBay just pass the information on to HMRC.

Are you sure about that about eBay won’t look into our national security information and our personal information and HMRC look back on years on selling on eBay

What info do you think ebay can look at with your NI number?

Everything because one click of our national security number they can look into our personal information and HMRC can look into over years on eBay

eBay has no access to your tax information.
HMRC have access to your sales over the years from selling online, but if you're a private seller just listing your own personal bits and pieces then there's no tax to pay.

Ebay cannot click on your NI number and access anything. To them it's just a number.
