issue a partial refund to buyer?

I'm a private seller. The buyer and I have mutually agreed on a partial refund of £430 (instead of the original £500) to resolve this case, as documented in our eBay Messages. The problem is, how can I issue a partial refund to buyer?

How far are you getting in these steps:

  1. Find the order in Seller Hub or My eBay Orders.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
  3. Choose a reason for the refund.
  4. Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
  5. Enter the refund amount, and select Send refund.

Do you have funds available? Read how refunds including partial refunds are made. Do you have an alternative funding source registered?

Do you have the option for a full refund, if so you must edit the amount.

Have you clicked on the three vertical  dots, to get the drop down menu, if so have you scrolled down to find Refund.
