courier collection

I have a large, fairly expensive item for sale.  A potential buyer has messaged me and asked if I would accept a courier for collection.

Is this ok and how would it work.

The only good thing about doing this is that your buyer would then be exempt from the ebay money back guarantee if they arranged for their own courier.

You would have to pack it all up and wait in for the courier.

If you are prepared to do this you may as well have offered postage on your listing and possibly got more money for your item.

Thank you for the advice…. So no real danger for me? Do I need the collection code from the courier before I release the item?
