Faster Payout Criteria Reset

Hiya, 

Not quite sure what’s happened here or how to open a ticket for it. I completed the criteria for faster payouts (10 sales, over £150, 0 cases) and was just waiting for it to update with the last few completed sales (last time I checked a couple of days ago it said 6/10 sales, 150/150 so I was waiting for the last few sales to register as completed.)

I just checked to see if it was updated and I now says I’ve made 0/10 sales and 0/£150???? It looks like it’s reset itself back to zero instead of unlocking faster payout once I completed the required sales even though I’ve completed the criteria 😞 

I saw another post from yesterday from someone else with the exact same problem. Does anyone know how to contact support and if they could manually activate faster payouts for me since I actually have already met the criteria?  It would be incredibly unfair if I have to complete the criteria again from scratch… my account history will show that I have done the required number of sales and value (all within the last couple of months)

If you wish to contact Customer Services and clarify this,  I do strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

It's not easy to get through to CS, you just have to have perseverance! Instead of a quick option, 'Contact Us' which put you direct to a CS agent, you have to scroll past ' How Can We Help you today, to the very bottom and click on the Contact Us below Need More Help?

That takes you to an annoying AI bot but if you persevere keep asking questions it cannot answer and Insist on an agent, they do finally put you through and say .... waiting time ** minutes!
