Unresolved full refund

Unresolved full refund and the case is closed. The automatic assistance is not helpful and I cannot get hold of e-bay to sort out this unsatisfactory 'case closed' situation.  I need a full refund for the wrong order sent to me.

Lines are currently closed for live agents and I do recommend waiting until 8 a.m. when live agents are on duty, and then there's also more chance of Dublin answering.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
