Sold a phone as spares and repairs due to ghost touch and non genuine screen and battery so would need replacing and stated in advert. Buyers purchased item and received it but wants to return it due to the reasons I listed the item for ?? Surely if the buyer knew this and still bought it they shouldn’t be allowed to return it but yet eBay have sided either them and said they can ??? I’m done
