Multiple Accounts Suspended – Requesting Advice

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for advice. A group of my accounts has recently been suspended. I believe this may be an automated action, as I have always followed eBay policies.

I’ve tried contacting eBay support via email, but I have only received automated template responses, which makes it difficult to get guidance or a proper review.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation with multiple accounts being restricted at once? How did you successfully get your accounts reviewed or reinstated? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I have never heard of anyone getting an indefinitely (permanently) suspended account reinstated, but that would be UK accounts and the actions of ebay UK.  You presumably are dealing with ebay.com as you are in China.

Here they also suspend any accounts they can associate with the banned one.

Oddly you still have live listings.

I have bad news.

There are 2 words in those eBay messages which show that your selling days are permanently over. 

The words permanent and indefinite restrictions means a lifetime ban.  There is no further appeal here,  you will not be able to sell on eBay.  Further down in one of those messages,  it seems they have banned you from buying on eBay, too .

If you open a new account it will be linked and the ban will be applied there,  too.

Any payouts eBay are holding may be held up to 180 days before release.

Just to add after reading papso correct post,  as you are in China,  best to ask the .com community if they have had experience of an indefinite / permanent account reinstated.  You are asking here,  on the UK site and in the UK , that would be a final not overturned decision, a lifetime ban.

Log out of this site,  log into www.ebay.com and ask the community on https://community.com

I can see 100+ listings too, I presume you have gained permission to use all the charachters in your listings on your bed linen from the owners? You may have fallen foul of something like this?
