Funds pending

Hi,

I have delivered 2 items with Evri recently, both have been confirmed as delivered (I have proof of delivery from Evri and buyer) but the money has been held by eBay because when I check the tracking it shows funds pending awaiting delivery. Can anybody help as I cannot find any way to contact and send the proof to eBay, every avenue I pursue is only met with standard Q&A's that are not relevant, nothing allowing e-mail or telephone contact.

If the tracking on the courier's website is showing delivered you can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Or you can wait and the money will be released anyway after 14 days.
