Both myself and my wife, along with nearly three quarters of the population of Scotland it would seem, are now completely and utterly sick of the service provided by the courier service EVRI.
We have had, to name but a few, deliveries being constantly left outside derelict buildings, deliveries made to an empty field and the classic, especially this time of the year, " lost in the system "
We have now restricted or buying to sellers who don't use EVRI. This I feel is not what eBay and the eBay community is about as this is limiting the buying experience and compromising our enjoyment of the buying experience.
So, this is a direct complaint to eBay customer services and a plea to anyone within the community considering using this company - Do Not Use EVRI courier services -
Empty promises - Empty words - Cheap prices - Failed deliveries.
