Hello there , so I got a situation that the seller sold me the apple Magic Keyboard , on listing it was saying new unopened , but it came opened and without any components inside , and he claims that i made photos of some other keyboard what should i do i opened the return but seller don’t send me the labels and trying to claim that it’s other item , please help me people or eBay..

Escalate your return to ebay.    That option will appear at least 3 working days after you started it.    Then go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
