Hi  I asked a few days ago if anyone could please let me know how to produce an invoice after a sale showing the VAT reg no. and the breakdown of the VAT.  Also the suggested invoice number.  Ebay told me today that they don't have this facility as it's too expensive for them which seems strange and have advised me to look for my own software.  Has anyone any suggestions please as other sellers must be providing their customers with VAT invoices and I would have thought it was possible to auto generate this from eBay.  Any suggestions gratefully received.  Many thanks   ... How do I make a formal complaint about a seller who has sent a plant that was dead on arrival and is still dead despite being planted in the ground on its receipt?   I have had  no response from the seller to my email sent through eBay - what recourse do I have with eBay to get my money back? Like a couple of other people have posted I accepted the 80% discount offer last Friday, if I click on the offer again it says I have already subscribed.  I have listed items that I believe comply with the T&Cs but the Promotional offer count on the overview page is still at 100.  I contacted Ebay by online chat and was told not to worry "Upon checking here you activated the offer and its just the system hasn't updating yet. Our  technical team informed us that this is a glitch on our end" .  They also added " I'm sorry to hear that but your not the only one affected this issue some sellers also"     I have previously used a number of the selling offers successfully.   It seems that the answer ebay give to the problem is not consistant which doesn't give me confidence.      I post this because I was unable to add a reply to other peoples posts?   Any thoughts?  ...
