Item not received

I have not received an item I ordered. ebay said they won't step in since it's been  over a month since I ordered it. What can I do? The seller won't respond

You only get 30 days to use the ebay money back guarantee, so if your issue is beyond that you have to look at your payment provider, if it is Paypal, easy - you just open a Not Received case there and escalate it between 2 and 20 days for a full refund. 

If you paid by other methods you'll have to look at their policies.
