why can I not give negitive feedback to someone who has failed to pay for goods  when I look at the feedback 25% of their feedback under positive is actualy  negitive  is this not giving the correct view of the person /company you are dealing with  FEEDBACK should show the wasters who dont pay/have no stock/etc.   come on ebay lets get honest and show people who they're dealing with or are you just trying to pull the wall over our eyes to increase your fees and sale commissions!  After dealing with ebay for a long time I find this really disapointing.  ... In January 2005 I set-up an eBay account with a chosen ID. A few weeks later I changed that ID to another and succesfully traded up until 5 weeks ago, when all of a sudden and without warning the ID has now reverted to the original.
