why are ebay not giving me payment for a motorbike i deliverd personally and have recieved positive feedback for? I recently bought a camera. eBay removed the item due to concerns with the seller's account. The item did arrive, and it works fine, but... It said "very good condition" and "barely used", but it was covered in scratches and the sort of dents you get by dropping from a height on to a hard surface. It looks more like it's had several years of hard use and abuse. The description said "boxed", which lead me to believe it would be in the original packagaing, not just a random cardboard box for shipping.   I don't want to return it because it does work and it's not an easy model to get hold of, but at the same time I do feel the description was misleading, and there should be "some" compensation.   It's all made a little more complicated by eBay closing the seller's account. Given that they did send the item though, I'm not sure if the their account should be reinstated.   Any suggestions greatly appreciated. ... View more

Is there anyone out there that can tell me how long I need to wait before I get paid (money in my bank account) Before ebay changed the way we received payment (via paypal) payment was immediate, now I have waited 3 days and the payment is still "Processing", and there is no indication when my money is due to hit my bank account.  Am I being inpatient, or has the system changed so I need to wait about a week before I receive my money and I can post my item I have sold?   Message to ebay: this new system you use for receiving payment sucks, its a massive step backwards and you are going to lose a lot of business as people wont be prepared to wait a week for payment or before your item is sent! ...
