Bought item, paid with Klara, nothing happens but money is transferred from my bank to eBay.

So I've paid for an item using klarna, and while the money is indeed transferred from my bankaccouny to eBay, the item is still up for sale and I don't see it in my 'bought items' list.

Contacted seller but he says he didn't receive payment nor has his item been sold to me according to eBay..

what can I do to fix this?

To qualify for buyer protection on eBay you must pay through eBay's checkout by credit or debit card, PayPal or PayPal credit, or Apple Pay or Google Pay.

I don't know whether eBay even accepts payment by Klara, did you pay through checkout? If the item isn't even in your purchase history, it sounds as though you didn't even bid for and win it through eBay?

We don't have enough information to give you much advice, except that it's now up to you to sort this out yourself with Klara.
