Adding to excellent advice given ... should you need to relist, get Cash to avoid future payment holds >
Consider > Classified Ads. = £19.99 for 28 days with No FVF selling fees ...
Contact details are allowed to view the vehicle and negotiate an acceptable price ... only remove the listing when you have the Vehicle Cash Payment (or cleared/confirmed Bank Transfer) in hand on personal inspection/collection before handing keys and documents to the buyer ... No 3rd party collection/shipping arrangements or PayPal payments ... there is absolutely No payment protection offered for Vehicles >

You appear to have sold the bike 3 times.
You will have paid 3 lots of selling fees.
Did you get paid for the bike? If not you have to cancel the sale using 'Buyer didn't pay' to get your fees refunded.
The best way to sell vehicles is cash on collection as there is no buyer/seller protection with vehicles.
Paypal is definitely one of the worst payment methods.
The reason your money is on hold is because you are a new and infrequent seller.
Go to ebay help and search 'Holds on funds' this will explain to you about the ebay 21 day hold on funds for new sellers.
Normally the funds are released when tracking shows delivered but as your item is a motor bike and is colection only, obvioulsy there won't be any tracking and so you will have to wait the full 21 days for ebay to release your funds.
