getting in touch with an ebay representative

Morning anyone know how to get hold of an ebay representative . I have gone through numerous hoopps to try and resolve an issue but seem to go through a maze of "help" articles that do anything but solve the problem or allow me to get in touch with a representative directly

There are very few instances where you have to speak to someone from ebay, most things are dealt with under ‘Help and Contact’ or you could always ask about your problem here, there is always someone around to advise.
