80% off promotional offer counter not working

Like a couple of other people have posted I accepted the 80% discount offer last Friday, if I click on the offer again it says I have already subscribed.  I have listed items that I believe comply with the T&Cs but the Promotional offer count on the overview page is still at 100.  I contacted Ebay by online chat and was told not to worry "Upon checking here you activated the offer and its just the system hasn't updating yet. Our  technical team informed us that this is a glitch on our end" .  They also added " I'm sorry to hear that but your not the only one affected this issue some sellers also"     I have previously used a number of the selling offers successfully.   It seems that the answer ebay give to the problem is not consistant which doesn't give me confidence.   

  I post this because I was unable to add a reply to other peoples posts?  

Any thoughts?
