cancelled case

Hi I ordered a t-shirt from fruit of the loom on the 4th july, it did not arrive so I opened a case last week and it was closed 2 days after,  I have 100% never received this t-shirt, so what have I done wrong. regards

It's possible the seller has been suspended by ebay, and/or the item has been retrospectively removed.   If you paid using Paypal open a "not received" case here:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
