I posted an item through global shipping and have proof item was posted and delivered...buyer opened a claim on none delivery...eBay told PayPal to hold my funds and paypal removed these from my bank account....case was closed in my favour last week and buyer refunded via global shipping...rang PayPal and eBay today and told I have to wait another 10 days to get my funds released....I have waited 14 days in total for my funds to be released so will be nearly 1 month If they then decide to release this then....I have lost my patience with them now and have removed all my listings ready to close my account.... EBay surely only need to press a button to release my money back to my bank.... Hello Sellers,   I was trying to contact someone from Ebay support but they don't seem to offer any (or they're very good at hiding it) so I'm forced to ask the question here. I do hope someone can help me.   A new message recently appeared on my Seller Hub saying "Update your VAT percentage". It says I have 4 products which need updating. I'm only selling 4 products so things are nice and simple up to this point.   I edited my products and updated the field "VAT (Enter the rate that applies to your item)" to 0. I did this for all my 4 products.   Unfortunately the message is still big and red in my Seller Hub. I'm not a VAT registered company as I only make a tiny amount of money and I only sell in the UK. Am I updating the wrong thing? Do I need to worry about this or is this another frustrating example of an Ebay bug?   I look forward to hearing back from someone with an answer. I keep being prompted to update the amount of VAT I charge. Despite entering this amount on each listing they don't appear to be registering as completed.    I have tried to do a bulk change by downloading the .csv file that ebay keeps offing, but when I add the VAT amount and re-upload it,  all listings still come back as failed.
