Refund/faulty goods

Hi I received a unboxed/unbubble wrap item came broken contacted the seller several times which he eventually replied offering my a low 35% refund with the knowledge that it would cost me more to return it back, eventually manage to get the refund to 60%  but still hasn't issued the refund

You are covered by the ebay money back guarantee and would have had a full refund if you had opened a not as described case.

Add the tracking number and escalate your case after 3 full days. The seller will have to refund you in full.
