Hello Sellers,
I was trying to contact someone from Ebay support but they don't seem to offer any (or they're very good at hiding it) so I'm forced to ask the question here. I do hope someone can help me.
A new message recently appeared on my Seller Hub saying "Update your VAT percentage". It says I have 4 products which need updating. I'm only selling 4 products so things are nice and simple up to this point.
I edited my products and updated the field "VAT (Enter the rate that applies to your item)" to 0. I did this for all my 4 products.
Unfortunately the message is still big and red in my Seller Hub. I'm not a VAT registered company as I only make a tiny amount of money and I only sell in the UK. Am I updating the wrong thing? Do I need to worry about this or is this another frustrating example of an Ebay bug?
