I posted an item through global shipping and have proof item was posted and delivered...buyer opened a claim on none delivery...eBay told PayPal to hold my funds and paypal removed these from my bank account....case was closed in my favour last week and buyer refunded via global shipping...rang PayPal and eBay today and told I have to wait another 10 days to get my funds released....I have waited 14 days in total for my funds to be released so will be nearly 1 month If they then decide to release this then....I have lost my patience with them now and have removed all my listings ready to close my account....
EBay surely only need to press a button to release my money back to my bank....
Surely they have no right to keep my money now as buyer is refunded had email to say case closed
Any advise please
