I am really not very experienced on eBay but I had assumed that if the
total for 12 months was 34 their score would be at least 34. Maybe my
logic doesn't work here!!
I have in fact cancelled. I may not be very experienced on eBay but I do
have a scam radar. He hasn't bid on anything else so have blocked as

Thank you very much for the information. Out of interest should I give
them the opportunity to explain the discrepancy before doing this.
Although it seems pretty clear that the address doesn't exist if it cant
be found in google maps
