Dear All,   Has anyone ever experienced the same?!   I have been buying/selling on ebay around 10 years now (771 stars, if that matters ),maybe I am not following the new updates about ebay services,  but  this is a bit surprising for me anyway   Unfortunately, the postal service returned the item to the seller with a comment that they were unable to deliver the item, even if I have been available on the address given. The seller has received back the item as it clearly shows in the discussion with the seller (he even sent me pictures about the received package).   And I haven't received any refund back which I wouldn't think as a fair decision as I have paid for both the item and the postage total and I haven't received back even the price of the item (vinyl album).   I wouldn't call this as an equal or clear measurement of the situation.   Thanks! ... The SEND button is greyed out when I try to send photos of the damaged item from my iphone.   The seller sent a messagel requesting the photos so I tried to respond by using the 'reply' button, but it doesn't work.   The reply link to the seller works from my laptop...but the photos are on my iphone, I cannot get them onto my laptop.   But why is the send button grey anyway?  ... I received some trimmers by mistake, I thought I'd purchased clippers. Seller was fine with me returning, so I posted them by 2nd class recorded using return label already on the package. The seller still hasn't received them and they should have been there within 3 days. I've tried to submit a claim with Royal Mail but they need the sellers address. I recently bought a nintendo switch - animal crossing edition because of covid-19 and like anyone else I wanted something to entertain me. After buying it went smoothly but now it's the delivery time and it has NOT arrived. I'm slightly worried i've been scammed considering I paid £539.98 for it from some random seller on here. Now, whenever I contact the seller they give me the same automated responce even after asking MULTIPLE TIMES for a tracking number which they fail to give me lol.   I now went back to look at the listing and it's suddenly gone? Does that mean I've been screwed over? I don't know what to do & I cant risk losing over 500+. I've contacted eBay but there customer service is meh, especially in times like this. I don't know whether to ask for a refund or just wait a little longer. (The item was supposed to be delivered between 06.04.20 & 07.04)   Any suggestions? ... View more
