Does anyone have trouble in gaeeting pesponses to emails from Ebay?
I've never received an email from Ebay that required an emailed response. Ebay has no email support - it's phone or Live Chat only.
What is the email from Ebay about, and what is it telling you to do...? And are you sure it's actually from Ebay, and not a 'phishing' email...?

ebay don't usually reply to emails, and when they do it is a cut & paste job that doesn't make much sense!
why are you emailing them, what problem are you having?
