But it does not fit aparently their has been an update on this part.
the seller refuses to let me return the item saying they have a no return policy.
They are an unregistered business seller trading illegally on eBay...
there is a report button on every listing!
as an unregistered business seller, they have to accept returns in any condition for any reason within 13 months of purchase and pay return postage...
as advised, open a not as described case and if after the 8 th day of opening they haven't sent you a prepaid returns label, escalate to eBay who will send you one at the sellers expense...
trading standards are working with eBay about such sellers breaking the law, and would be very pleased to hear from you!
they are, of course, avoiding eBay fees!
Seller can say whatever they like. Bring hem into the real world and start a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE in the Resolution Centre. Seller provides a reply paid label and on return you get a FULL refund.
If seller does not respond after 8 days escalate to ebay. Read all instructions fromebay carefully.
A Business Seller has to accept a return for any reason, only difference is that if a change of mind then the buyer pays return postage.
This Seller needs reporting to Trading Standards.
