I bought an amplifier in December but wasn't able to set it up until recently given it needed more components.  I have now setup the system and found out that the amplifier is faulty.  Given the amplifier should still have been in warranty, I went to the manufacturer who said it was an item they had received back as faulty in a previous warranty claim and had sent it to be destroyed.  The seller clearly acquired it from somewhere in the chain when it was due to be destroyed and is fraudulently selling defective goods.  The problem is that because I bought it in December, I no longer have any ability to raise this issue with ebay.  Does anyone have any advice?   Thank you ... Hello. I purchased an item recently from a business seller, which was dispatched on Wednesday last week. The delivery method used was RM 1st Class. Unfortunately, I have still not received the item. I purchased something a couple of weeks ago and it hadn't turned up, I waited and waited and put it down to the covid-19, so today I thought it was enough time, if went to open a dispute on the item but its "greyed" out and says "removed item", winter let me click on it or anything, therefore I'm not able to open a dispute .....what can I do please ??? In the basket I have a few items. I clicked on 'Pay only this seller'. Then it displays the: 'eBay Checkout Pay with'.    How do I remove the PayPal account that shows there?   I clicked on 'Change' and then 'Switch account'. hi, I bought an item, paid for it immediatley, next day it had been cancelled with no reason given, no contact from buyer, so I left negative feedback. How come there are a lot of Chinese sellers saying that their good are from or in the UK when they are clearly being posted from mainland China . purchased item dec 10th 2019 didn't receive it, after prevarications they said that they had sent a 2nd which also didn't arrive. I opened a dispute and they replied saying that if it didn't arrive in 30 days they would give me a full refund. In belief I cancelled the dispute and now more than 30 days from the offer they do not reply. I have the feeling that they led me into the 90 day Ebay block on lots of things and neither they or the Ebay resolution centre, who are impossible to reach, give me any sign of life.  ... View more
