Dispute/refund for "removed item

I purchased something a couple of weeks ago and it hadn't turned up, I waited and waited and put it down to the covid-19, so today I thought it was enough time, if went to open a dispute on the item but its "greyed" out and says "removed item", winter let me click on it or anything, therefore I'm not able to open a dispute .....what can I do please ??? If it didnt cost as much as it did I wouldnt be to fussed but I'm not made of money so I'm wanting my money back.....can someone help me please ???

Ebay is removing all items and sellers that are profiteering from the pandemic, so your item may well have been caught up in the sweep (?).

 

Removal doesn't mean your item won't arrive, though. But if you find you can't open an Item Not Received case on Ebay should it become necessary, ie. if the item hasn't arrived by a week or so after the last estimated delivery date on the order, open one in PayPal (you have 180 days from purchase date).
